·         You should do exercise 30 minutes a day.

  • ·         You should reduce the use of salt and avoid eating foods high in sodium.
  • ·         You shouldn't consume harmful substances like tobacco, alcohol or drugs.
  • ·         You should reduce your intake of saturated fat by avoiding fast food.
  • ·         You should drink two liters of water a day.
  • ·         You should go to the doctor occasionally to make sure you don't have any physical problems.
  • ·         You should have good body hygiene.
  • ·         You should keep enough time to sleep.
  • ·         You should take care of your mental health 
  • ·         You shouldn't spend so much time with technology.
